What does Áñ mean?

In one of the buildings on campus (architecture building), people like to write things like "help me" on the windows in tape.

Some korean students there wrote both "º¸°í½Í¼Ò µé·ÁÁ»" and "Áñ." I figured out the first one with some help, but people i have asked have had a hard time explaining the second.
I know so far it came from Áñ°Ì´Ù and is used online, but I think that apparently its meaning has changed. I'm not really clear on what it's saying.

-- Could u give me a hand?

1 Æú·½ It varies according to situations. But, most cases are an "ignoring response" when used online. Therefore, Áñ could be "It's not my business" or "so what~~" or something like that!! And when we use it with a smile it's just a short kidding. (222.106.192.232) 2006-04-22
